Reinforced door G46

Doors designed for investment projects adapted for a concealed door closer (single leaf doors), electric door closer with cable entry and semi-automatic canisters cooperating with door closers equipped with closing sequence control (double leaf doors).

Door leaf in rebate system. The construction of the door leaf is made of coniferous wood glued on both sides with HDF boards. The filling is made of solid or hollow board. The nominal thickness of the leaf is 46 mm.

FRAMES

• Painted, veneered frame, veneered with 0.15 mm CPL laminate or foil matching the colour of the leaf.
• Solid pine - optionally with masking strips, quarter round.
• DIN adjustable - made of 22 mm thick MDF panels.
• FD12 metal fixed - made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet with rebate seal. Adjustable metal made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet.
• The frames are powder coated as standard in white (RAL 9016 and RAL 9003), grey (RAL 7047), brown (RAL 8014), beige (RAL 1001), graphite (RAL 7024), black (RAL 9005). It is possible to paint the door frames in non-standard RAL or NCS colours after consultation with the Sales Department.
